Flight of the Blue Dog in the Taos News

The good times began when two self-described "singing lunch ladies" started serving up songs at the lunchroom of Taos Integrated School of the Arts several years ago. TISA Director Rich Greywolf and longtime musician and TISA staff member David Kinney would liven up the school's lunchtime by singing Happy Birthday and other engaging songs to the kids.

Kinney no longer works for TISA, but he and Greywolf stayed in touch and began playing music together. They were making their way to local open mics and had just started booking gigs, when the pandemic hit. With most performance opportunities off the table, they started getting together outside to play socially distanced music together, and formed Flight of the Blue Dog...
